CRITERIA AND DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS FOR EVALUATING THE QUALITY OF TRAINING OF FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article considers the main components of quality management of training of future physical culture teachers. Parametric characteristics (criteria, levels, indicators) for evaluating the quality of training are presented. Diagnostic tools are specified to characterize the strategic (potential), tactical (optimal), and operational (subject-operational) levels of quality management.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific literature, conceptual analysis and systematization of approaches to solving the problem of quality management of training of future teachers of physical culture, as well as a modified questionnaire by V. I. Baydenko.

Results. In the course of studying the scientific and theoretical aspects of the problem of quality management of the future teacher of physical culture, the concept of "criteria-diagnostic tools for quality assessment" is analyzed, and the criteria-level characteristics of this phenomenon are described.

Discussion. Based on the research, it is concluded that the criteria-diagnostic assessment of the quality of training of future physical culture teachers is carried out according to three criteria (conceptuality, subject-oriented physicality, realization of potential opportunities of future physical culture teachers) at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

Conclusion. It is concluded that parametric characteristics allow us to objectively assess the level of quality of training of future physical education teachers.
